📦 Return & Exchange Policy

At Coffee Talk Favors & Gifts, each item is handmade with care. Because many of our products are custom and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Items that arrive damaged or defective

• Items sent in error (wrong product, wrong customization)

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll be happy to replace it or issue store credit.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Custom or personalized items (unless defective/damaged)

• Seasonal or sale items

• Digital downloads (if applicable)

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• If your item qualifies for a return due to damage or error, we will provide a prepaid return label or cover the cost of return shipping.

⏱ Processing

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Once received, we will process your replacement, store credit, or refund (if applicable).
